If you’re looking for fun and variety, Robin’s your trainer. “I always encourage lots of talking and laughing in workouts, not being too serious. Moving your body should be something that makes you feel better, not something you dread.” To help members look forward to workouts, Robin makes each one a little different. She believes variety leads to consistency and consistency is key. To new members, she says, “I promise it will get easier. If you stick with it, you’ll get stronger and it will get easier.”
