Breast cancer Recovery in Action, Inc. (BRA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing a wholistic program for survivors focusing on positive lifestyle actions to foster connection in small groups. It was founded in 2021 by three breast cancer survivors in Nashville, Tennessee, who know firsthand the unique physical and emotional needs of breast cancer survivors. The organization’s vision is that BRA programming will become part of the breast cancer continuum of care in all geographic areas, improving quality of life through four core components: exercise, nutrition, emotional wellness, and education.
